Cases Under Jurisdiction Of Both Higher And Lower Courts To Be Tried By Higher Court
If a case related to an offence falls under the
jurisdiction of both the higher and the lower courts pursuant to the
law in force or if a case related to a person or offence which is liable
to joint proceeding under Section 54, being under the jurisdiction of
both the higher and the lower courts, can be so filed or has been filed
in such courts, the higher court shall have power to try such case.
